Sustainable Cities	A sustainable neighborhood means compact, walkable, transit-oriented development. Building an environment where driving isn't a necessity can have just as much impact as a green building.
Transportation	Public transit is essential to keeping Chicago running. Pedestrians should take priority over cars when designing the public realm.
