Our mission is to educate the whole child through the experience of Leadership Skills and Violence Prevention Strategies.

We focuc on four major aspects of the person: character, physical health, cognitive development and social growth. By developing a child's leadership skills, we enhance a child's desire to learn academically, etc.

"Each One, Reach One" is the motto we all should live by. Its time for Real Men to step-up and be Fathers to our Children and the Fatherless. I pray the EOROC, continues to operate in the Spirit of "Elijah the Prophet".
